Artificial gaping hole in the floor of the gallery.
I filmed myself for 5 hours, dancing samba in carnival suit i made for myself.
The artwork explores the connection of me as an adopted child from Brazil to the local culture through dance.
This act exposes the failure of the Sisyphean attempt to dance samba properly.
The hole allows the viewer to glance without feeling discomfort in the act.
